FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS:

Q) What are the payment methods available?
A) You may choose one of the following options during checkout -
1) Paypal
2) Credit Card

Q) Do you accept cash payment?
A) Cash payment is currently not available for online orders.

Q) Do you have a physical store or outlet in Singapore?
A) We used to rent a locker display at Plaza Singapura Toy Outpost for walk-in purchases. This has been discontinued until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Q) How much is the mailing charges for orders in Singapore?
A) The mailing charges are as follows:

$2 for orders below S$50.
Free for orders of S$50 and above.
All orders are mailed out via Singpost Smartpac (with tracking code). For more details, please refer to our shipping fees page.

Q) How long will it take for my cards to reach me?
A) Your order will be processed and mailed out within 3 working days after payment confirmation.


FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Q) What are the payment methods available for International orders?
A) You may choose one of the following options during checkout -

Your order will be mailed within 3 working days. You will receive a notification email once your item has been mailed out.

Q) How much is the shipping charges for international orders?
A) Please refer to our shipping fees page for more information.

Q) How long will it take for my cards to reach my country?
A) We have different shipping options to suit your needs. If you need the items quickly, you can select Air mail and it will be delivered to you around 4-6 working days. If you are okay with waiting, you can select Speedpost Economy, which will take 28-42 working days but you can buy more products using this option. Please refer to our shipping fees page for more information.

Q) Will my items be packed properly?
A) Yes, we take great care in packing your items to prevent damage during shipping. All items will be bubble-wrapped.
